Deacons will meet this Monday, September 16th, at 5:30 p.m. at the church.
Men's Bible Study will meet this Monday, September 16th, at 6:30 p.m. in the parlor. We're starting a new study: The Necessity of Reforming the Church by Dr. W. Robert Godfrey. Dr. Godfrey uses insights from the writings of John Calvin to teach that the work of reforming the church must continue in our own day. Join us for great teaching, great discussion, and gourmet espresso (regular and decaf) !!
Women's Circle will meet on Wednesday, September 18th, at 9:30 a.m. in the parlor. Come prepared to share something that was meaningful to you from the study. Bring food to share and we will enjoy lunch / brunch together afterwards.
Women in the Church Leadership Meeting will be on Wednesday, September 18th, at 5:30 p.m. in the church library.
We are participating in Operation Christmas Child. For the months of September and October we will collect items for the boxes. In October we will have a packing party to fill the boxes with the items collected. Boxes will be located in the Narthex and Hallway. For more information check out Samaritan's Purse.
Mark your calendars for a fun night of fellowship. Join us on Friday, October 4th, for a family game night in the Fellowship Hall. Pizza/Salad will be available. Please RSVP by September 30th to the church office so we can place a food order. Bring your favorite board game.
Women in the Church — join us for our Fall Luncheon In the Fellowship Hall on Saturday, September 21st, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Members are asked to bring their favorite salad to share.
Women in the Church — join us for a Baby Shower For Chris Smith on Saturday, September 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the church parlor. Chris is registered at Amazon – look up Chris or Aaron Smith and put in the arrival month (October). Diapers and Wipes are also needed!
Join us on Wednesday nights at 6:30 in the Fellowship Hall for a class taught by Rev. Dr. Charley Chase. Charley is leading us in an in-depth study of Romans 6 entitled Union with Christ.
If you would like to participate in an outreach ministry, we have an opportunity to provide a birthday cake for the teachers each month at the Biloxi Upper Elementary. The cake costs $50. Two people can sign up so the cost is $25 each. The teachers have really enjoyed this from us already. A sign up sheet is located by the church office.
Join us for a time of prayer for the church on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the parlor.
